Popstorm 16, Poptropica Journal Rumor, and Monster Carnival Walkthrough!

Hey everybody! It’s Trusty Biker, again…

Like I said before, I have a lot more free time than Incredible Flame, and that’s why I do so many blog posts. But Incredible Flame did have enough free time to write the Monster Carnival Island Walkthrough! She also did the video walkthrough!

In other news, Poptropica posted Popstorm16, which is titled, “Bug Battle”

Also, we wanted to tell you about something that might be coming out March 16. It’s called the PIAO Poptropican Journal, a monthly newsletter.

The PIAO Poptropican Journal, or PIAOPJ for short, would cost money, based on how much stuff is in the issue. This issue would cost about 50 cents to $1. You could send anything in that you want, but you don’t really have to for this issue.

We’ll definatley tell you more about the PIAOPJ later, but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Also, the PoptropiCon Episode 2 walkthrough is supposed to come out tomorrow, but it may be postponed a tad…sorry…

PHB REPOST: A Look Ahead: Why is the Princess So Sad? Arab Nights Ep 3 Theory

Hi everyone, Trusty Biker here! The post that you are going to see is actually a repost from the Poptropica Help Blog. I thought it was really cool, and I asked for permission to share it with you. And they said yes! It was written by PHB author, Brave Tomato, and I hope you enjoy!:

Hey guys, BT here. Now, today, the Poptropica Twitter account posted an exclusive sneak peek image of what’s coming our way for the yet-to-be-titled third episode of Arabian Nights.

“Who is this princess? Why so sad? Let us know! Behind-the-Scenes of Arabian Nights 3″ – Twitter

Now, to answer this question, I kinda had some thoughts in the back of my head before this picture was released. And of course, it can be traced back to four of the Daily Pops.

So from what we see, the princess doesn’t like the genie, but likes swords and camels.

Now with this, it’s about time I reveal my theory. Alright, gather around folks. It’s story time.

*WARNING: POTENTIAL SPOILERS* (but that’s what you came for, yes?)

Once upon a time, there lived a father and daughter, living together on the barbaric deserts of the Arabian world. One day, the father discovers a mysterious lamp and through it met a very special new friend, a genie. And he was willing to give what the father desired. The father wanted nothing more than for him and his daughter to live in comfort, so the father wished for wealth. The genie obeyed and the father became a sultan and his daughter a princess.

The princess was well aware of her father’s and the genie’s bond, yet she still wished to be with her father. However, her father’s position as a sultan does not give him time to bond with his daughter. As the years drew on with barely little contact with her father, it becomes clear to her how close thesultan had gotten close with the genie through consultation on his job – the father never had a friend like him before, and he needed him to deal with such troubles as a bunch of thieves going amuk. She started to envy the genie and scribbled things against him in spite. The genie may grant wishes only to her dad, but he can’t take him away from her!

From her pink-clad room, where she kept herself most of the time, she sees the guards of the bazaar train each day, and grew fascinated with the art of stealth, combat and precision, therefore she started drawing swords and she even took some weapons herself just to throw them at a scribble of the genie. She hated him so much.

That man from the lamp needs to be taken away from her father’s hands, yet she never knew what the lamp looked like. The princess was desperate, and she felt there was only one way to make sure her father pays for not being the dad she once loved anymore, and especially the genie “ruining” their bond:

Become one of the forty thieves herself.

Yeah, doesn’t the hairstyle look familiar?

I wouldn’t be too surprised if I wasn’t the only one who caught this. It would be an interesting twist on the story if a princess went bad all on her own. We usually see bad queens, but not so often bad princesses, and when we do see the latter, it’s usually because of their parent being bad as well. It’d be a nice touch.

Well, whether my entire prediction is right, partially right, or really wrong is still up in the air, yet there is a likely chance that this princess ain’t no Princess Jasmine.

So what do you guys think of the idea? I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the only one who thought of it, but I may as well put it in this kind of review format. Tell us your ideas in the comments!

BT out!

Okay, guys! Well, I hope you liked this, I certainly did! I guess all we can do now is wait. 😦

Hey guys! There’s some pretty big things going on right now, but I’ll go in order of the title.

We finally released the GHD Walkthrough. Pictures will be added slowly, as we also have a ton of things to do. The next walkthrough to come out will either be PoptropiCon Episode 2, or Monster Carnival. You can get access to our walkthrough through the GHD homepage, or by clicking here.

Volume 1: Mystery of the Map and Arabian Nights Episode 2 on iOS

Hey guys! I want to tell you about a couple of quick things. Poptropica has stopped their comic strips, just for a little bit. Bad news, right? Well, the good news is that they’re replacing with a graphic novel series. The first three pages came out today. It’s called the Mystey of the Map, and you can read the first three pages here, on Twitter, on Instagram, and the Creator’s blog!

We’ll let you know as soon as they’re up.

In the meantime, if you have an Apple product, download or update the Poptropica App to get Arabian Nights Episode 2 for FREE!!!!

Speaking of Arabian Nights, I’ll be adding a “story” about it under my column either March or April! Oh, and part 3 of all stories will be added in March. If you have a story that you want to put in there, send it to poptropicainsideandout@gmail.com!

Just to let you know, GHD Island Walkthrough is still on for this Saturday, but if you’re having trouble, check out our video guide on the Arabian Nights Page!

Well, that’s all for now,

Keep It, or Not?

Hey everyone! It’s Trusty Biker! This is one of the only posts that ISN’T on our original site.

We’re trying to decide if we should keep this site. After all, we don’t keep up to date on it, and we only wanted it for the followers and the unlimited comments.

We’re going to ask your opinion on this one, so please, please, PLEASE, put in the comments if this blog should stay or not.

If you end up deciding that it should stay, we’re going to have to think it over. Maybe we’ll update this blog every other month or something. You can put that in the comments too.

If you end up deciding that it shouldn’t stay, we’ll delete this blog and focus all our attention on our original site, iandopoptropica.wix.com/poptropicainsideout.
Now, you can either comment about it, or answer the poll below!

Please note that it will expire after one week, so tell your friends about both our sites!

Sunday Night Special: An Inside Look on Tribes

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first edition of the PIAO Sunday Night Special. This is not copyrighted, and anyone is welcome to take our idea. But at the end of rach one, you must put Idea taken by Poptropica Inside and Out. Other than that, the SNS (Sunday Night Special) will try to be made every Sunday Night. If we find that too hard, we will make it every other Sunday. Now, these Sunday Night specials will be about Poptropica. In this one, there will be an inside look on the Tribes. All SNS will appear Monday night under the Homepage. You can find links to all of them. IDEAS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME. IF YOU HAVE AN IDEA, CLICK HERE TO SEND US AN EMAIL.

Let’s get started!

As you may know, when you are a new Poptropican, if you save your game and go to your profile, you have the options to choose your mood, choose where you live, and choose your tribe. Having a tribe didn’t really seem like a big deal until Poptropolis Games came out. Then, you would be your tribe’s represenative and you try to win the game. Your tribe would also determine what color jersey you would be wearing. You are always allowed to change your tribe. Through this SNS, we will take an inside look on the tribes so you can choose the best one for you.  All common room pictures are from Poptropickia. Thanks!

So far, (because they may add more…maybe) there are 8 tribes.

You have the Black Flags, Nannobots, Night Crawlers, Flying Squid, Seraphim, Wildfire, Pathfinders, and the Yellowjackets. Each tribe has it’s own common room; each tribe has something special about them. Whichever tribe you choose is up to you. Let us just “influence” your decision a little.

BLACK FLAGS

Their official colors are black and white. If you’re more of a pirate-y, adventure type person, this is the tribe for you! Their common room (see below), is literally a run down pirate ship. Every once in a while, you’ll hear thunder and see a flash of lightning.

Have fun exploring this common room and it’s secrets!

 NANNOBOTS

The Nannobots colors are pink and white, and they definatley have the best common room, by far.

If you like music and computers, this tribe is the one for you. In their common room, they have (drumroll, please) a music mixer! That’s right! You can make your own music in this common room!

Have fun making music and wowing your real-life friends with your mad DJ skills!

FLYING SQUID

Their official colors are green and black. If you like…um…I honestly can’t think of what area this group fits into…so…um…look at the common room and tell me what you think on our forum! Make a new topic if you want!

WILDFIRE

Their official colors are red and orange. Join this tribe if you love heat. Anything really hot you’ll be there. Shut-off, closed pipes, and a creepy looking mechanical bird are all part of the Wildfire tribe.

NIGHTCRAWLERS

Their official colors are blue and white. Do you love to collect and analyze bus? Stay up late to catch the special ones? LOve the Crystal Room on Poptropica Realms? This is the tribe for you! You can explore this common room and be absoulutley wowed, not grossed out. You can see bugs scurrying across this area and there’s even a computer to keep track of all of them

PATHFINDERS

Their colors are blue and yellow. If you love hiking, exploring, or even finding out things in genral, this is the tribe for you! These trusty pathfinders will never lose their way!

SERAPHIM

You might think this would be an angelic tribe. Their common room would be white, and clean, and everything in it’s correct position. Wel, I guess you haven’t seen their common room yet! It’s a dark stone castle that is confidential to outsiders. Anyone who breaks in will probably get zapped by the gigantic angel at the top of the room. Their official colors are gold and black.

YELLOWJACKETS

Their colors are black and yellow. So, like the Flying Squid tribe, this tribe is also hard to classify. Their common room is pretty cool though, complete with teleporters and a Poptropican dressed like a bee!

I hoped you liked this first Sunday Night Special. We do plan on doing more, whether it’s every week, every other week, or every month! We are open to ideas and we do hope you’ll send them in! So far, we don’t know about the subject of the next Sunday Night Special. It may be an inside look on Poptropica Realms. Maybe. Come up with some ideas, then send it to poptropicainsideandout@gmail.com.

This is already added to the Sunday Night Special page, which you can find under the Home tab!
